Ways you can support the A.W. Cox PTO:

 

  • Making a direct donation
  • Redeem your receipts for Box Tops for Education, now on an easy to use app!
  • Attending our Fundraising Community Events, like Howloween and Winter Carnival
  • Purchase books at our Book Fair which comes around twice a year!
  • Buying Spirit wear gear through our custom page through TYCO.

 

Your contributions help the PTO provide additional support and experiences to our students.

 

It’s important to note that our town budget does not cover any enrichment programs or field trips, and so all of these special programs are 100% funded by our fundraising efforts and your donations. Below are a few examples of what your donations go towards:

 

·      All field trips, including paying for bus transportation and admission. These are amazing days for the kids!

·      Cultural enrichment – These are in-school programs offered throughout the year, which add some fun and education!

·      After-school enrichments: we help pay for these before and after school activities to keep the cost down.

·      Supporting the 4th grade float in the Citizen’s Day Parade. Come watch the parade!

·      Field Day: We support providing waters for volunteers, and supplies to complete field day stations.  

·      Hospitality -We help host Meet and Greet Days,Teacher Appreciation Week, and teacher gifts!

·      Early Guilford Day – we pay for all donations to the museums so the 4th grade has an amazing day!

·      House and grounds – the PTO covers expenses, and the work is done by volunteers.

 

 

~We also sponsor many lunches for the staff and create an amazing week during Teacher Appreciation Week~
